Blancpain - Beyond the Surface

Beyond the Surface is an World Media Group Award winning, ongoing, multiyear partnership with Blancpain. At it’s heart is a multimedia interactive globe, which can be added to year on year and illustrates the findings and issues raised by sponsored research on marine conservation. Illustrating the research through short snapshot films, Impact films and editorial films, alongside articles and white papers is complemented by sponsorship of the World Ocean Summit. Truly a compelling, useful and rich project, which can be built on year after year.

I originally pitched the interactive globe idea when part of The Economist’s editorial films team as a way to move the partnership on and over time the client saw it’s potential, a sign of the strength of the partnership relationship.
