Bank of America - Breakthrough Technology Dialogue

Working closely with multiple agency stakeholders, as well as directly with the clients Europe marketing team, we developed a plan to maximise the impact of the Breakthrough Technology Dialogue, a high-level day of discussion around how technology will shape the future.

I developed an as-live, adaptive approach. I watched the sessions live and relayed interview questions which genuinely sprung from the discussion to the film team on-site, as interviewees agreed to take part in filming. At the clients request, the topics for the mixed media scrollytells had to also arise from the most fascinating and robust conversations at the summit. And so after watching the whole (fascinating) dialogue, I wrote three proposed topics within 24 hours of the conference ending which were proposed to the client reflecting the questions that the group were most fired up about. They accepted our proposed top two topics and while this process cut the timeline for production significantly it brought a real connection between the content and the conference. Which delighted the client.

Exacting branding standards, great communication with the client and innovation in how our team work, meant this project really delivered.
